THE DUNCAN COMPANIES, INC., a Tampa, Florida-based regional
commercial real estate organization, was established to provide the multi-faceted
essential elements and services to address the needs of today’s commercial real estate industry.

Founded by Ronnie Duncan, the firm was initially awarded asset management
and marketing assignments in South Florida and provided work-out and consultation services
for major lenders and owners throughout the region.

Today, THE DUNCAN COMPANIES has offices in Tampa and Boca Raton, Florida
as well as Atlanta, Georgia.  Mr. Duncan is recognized within the industry for his many years
of development experience and marketing and management expertise.
